This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is set on a new subdivision right off of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy and only 13 minutes from Kyle Field!
The Aggie Getaway is perfect for Graduation celebrations, Aggie Ring weekends, and Football Season. Keep your friends and family together for the perfect weekend in Aggieland.

The house provides 4 private bedrooms and an office space made into an extra sleeping area. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is in close proximity to the half bath for quick access. The third and fourth bedrooms also each have 2 twin size beds and the full bathroom in between with access for all to use. The office space has a full-size day bed with a twin trundle underneath for extra guests!
You will have access to the entire house to enjoy, excluding the garage. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes it perfect to gather and celebrate the special occasion! Get together around the beautiful wood dining table for game night or cozy on up on the massive, comfy couches in the living room or take the party outside in the private backyard for burgers and steaks on the grill!
