Enjoy the coffee station - complete with a brand-new two-in-one drip coffee/ NINJA machine, as well as a huge selection of stash teas, to start your morning in the mountains off right.

The dining room seats 6 guests and there’s plenty of space for group meals and game nights. The dining room is centered between the kitchen, living room and the screened outdoor patio, making your mealtimes truly a special experience indoor or outdoor.

Get snug in front of the fireplace located in the living room as the center of the home. The double sliding doors leading to the screened in porch offers a picturesque backdrop overlooking the wooded landscape and during the day, will leave you flooded with natural light.

Watch a movie on the Wi-Fi-enabled 75-inch smart TV while nuzzled up on the couches or cozy up in the reading nook next to the window with your favorite book. We also offer a Twin size sofa bed on our Livingroom for extra space.

If you are interested in using the Club house, pools, restaurant, tennis courts etc., there are amenity badges for purchase at the Administrations office, Recreation Center and Club house.

Please note: The Fitness Center is not available to renters in this community.

Amenity passes are priced as follows (ages 7 and above) and paid for on-site at the Administration office & clubhouse:


- Daily pass: weekday $8 (per day/per person)// weekend or holiday $10 (per day/per person)


- Weekly pass: non-holiday $30 (per week//per person) // holiday $50 (per week/per person)
