Congrats, you've found the ultimate vacation spot in Cocoa Beach with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Welcome to the SaltBox. (Named after its unique roof line.)

The SaltBox is a newly remodeled beach home just 3 houses up from the beach. (And we mean totally remodeled down to bare bones of the home to ensure everything is brand new!) You'll find TV's in each bedroom, lux king beds with soft and firm pillows, a pool and spa and all the amenities to have an amazing vaca at the beach.

📍Location:
Cocoa Beach is an iconic Florida coastal town with so much local charm. The Salt Box is just 3 houses up from the beach and across the street. 5 blocks away from Ron Jon surf shop and restaurants. 10 minutes to the cruise port. And a few blocks south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. It's in a quiet section but within minutes of the hustle and bustle when you are ready to be.

🍽️ Kitchen:
This kitchen is one from my dreams! When designing this space I had my own family in mind and what I would want personally. So of course we had to blow out a wall and open the whole space up. This kitchen has brand new cabinets, waterfall counter tops, a basin sink, a hidden microwave, and GE Cafe appliances including a double oven to cook group meals together. The new peninsula gives you plenty of space for serving meals or prepping as a group together. We even converted the back room into extra kitchen prep space with an extra fridge, ice maker, and pantry if you really want to go crazy and stock up for your stay. We have plenty of room for it!

We've also made sure a huge dining room table fit with lots of seating for the whole group. No such thing as “You can't sit with us” here. We have plenty of room at our table with 12 seats at the dining table and 4 more at the peninsula. We have a set of 16 dishes, flatware and glassware in the home. We stocked the kitchen with serving dishes, crock pot, drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, slow cooker, microwave, wine glasses, waffle maker, etc are provided in the home to make your stay like home.

Each bedroom is equipped with it's own smart TV to login to any of your favorite apps to watch your shows. All beds in the home have a spa like vibe with white clean sheets, cooling quilts and firm and soft pillow on each bed. Cleanliness is the most important thing. We want you to feel like you are staying in a boogie private boutique hotel.

🪑Living Space:
Enjoy a huge main floor living room space with 2 full size sofas, 75" Smart TV, fireplace, dry bar, bar table, game table, and games. This will be a favorite group hang out inside that can fit everyone!! There is also a living room space on the second floor if you want something more quiet away from the TV and an outdoor seating area so you can enjoy the sounds of the beach.

🏖️Beach:
The beach is just 3 houses down and across the street. A beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and sand toys are available for guests to use at their own discretion. (We can't control the weather or the beach/surf. So use the water items with care. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach closest to the house. Also note, there are stairs to get to the beach. So ensure if you use the wagon, someone can pick it up and carry it up the stairs.)

🏊‍♀️Pool:
This brand new pool is one of our favorite transformations with a spa and designer pavers. The spa has 5 spots with jets that can be controlled from the remote by the back sliding door. You can turn on the heat at anytime from this same remote that will run for 30 minutes and heat up to 100 degrees. Not done yet? Re-push the button and the timer starts over for another 30 minutes. Pool hours end at 11pm or at least just keep it quiet after this time to be a good neighbor.

🧼Consumable Products:
Each guests stay is equipped with a starter back of paper goods and cleaning supplies for their stay. Including 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, 1 kitchen trash bag for each day of your stay, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a new sponge, laundry detergent and our favorite non-toxic green cleaning products. We also include natural shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms and hand soap. In the kitchen we have a basic coffee station with cream, sugar, and coffee grounds, along with a drip coffee pot and grinder.

🚨Security:
The home has keyless entry that has a unique code given to ONLY you the morning of check in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay.

There is a ring doorbell on the home for security and a camera in the front yard facing the driveway and street for security. There are absolutely NO camera's inside the home. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach are 11pm-7am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the home.


🍷Breakables:
We totally understand, things break. Either from wear and tare or just accidents like a dish. Just let us know if anything happens. And MOST important, if you arrive and something is broken or not up to expectations, PLEASE let us know right away! We know things can never be fully perfect, but we really do strive to earn your 5 star review at the end of the stay. These reviews make all the difference in the world to small 1 rental accounts like ours.

🏠About the House:
This house was a labor of love to remodel as our families second home away from home. When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted from removing walls, redoing the plumbing and all the electrical. It is ALL brand new. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the ocean colors you'll see at Cocoa Beach.
