Du'ne Sand-sational is a sensational getaway in the heart of beautiful Dune Allen Beach. The main house has an open plan living room, dining room, and chef's kitchen with massive island space that will make entertaining a breeze. There is both a coffee station and a wet bar in the living space, perfect for morning and evening beverage preferences .  The main level also hosts the primary bedroom with a large ensuite bath, dressing area and its own front load washer and dryer set. A half bath completes the first floor.

The second floor hosts four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath, and the upper level bunk room has two sets of queen-over-queen bunks, and one set of twin-over-twin. The bunk room has a private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual vanities.  This floor offers its own style of living, with it's own kitchen and dining space, Foosball table, and Pac Man Head-to-Head Arcade.  For the more serious traveler, it provides a small office space as well.

Rounding out the living areas, the carriage house has both a private entrance from the outside, or can be accessed from inside the home.  This space is outfitted with a king bed and offers a kitchenette and a full bath with walk-in shower.

For added relaxation and pleasure, bring the outdoors in by opening up the Euro doors leading to the covered lanai.  Here you can sit and enjoy your favorite sporting event, or chill with a favorite movie on the Sunbrite outdoor television.  When the weather permits, the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to this lovely gathering place.  For the outdoor chef, the spacious summer kitchen has it all; large gas grill, beverage cooler, ice maker and a sink.  Ready to take a dip?  Cool off in the beautiful resort-style pool, or warm up in the spa and add to the relaxation with views of the waterfall and fire bowl. AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 1.5 hours from the home.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the home.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
