The Worst

We arrived to this house not one bed was put together, there was stuff everywhere, no shower curtains. You would have to see it to believe it. I had six workers with me and we had no place to eat or sleep and VRBO did not care. Couldn’t contact the host and I had to spend an extra 2300 at 9pm to get my crew a good night sleep. I’m still disgusted by the lack of concern.

Spring Break Visit

Our visit was business and casual. The house is close to a vast variety of dining location, along with shopping and entertainment venues. The the curtain were not dark enough to provide privacy but I did speak with the owner and suggested upgrading the curtains to something that would provide more privacy to guests.The neighborhood is relatively quiet minus the neighbors dog. At sleeping hours, the dog would bark every night of our stay, so that made it challenging with have a peaceful rest, coupled with the curtains due to once the sun started rising the bedrooms were bright.The size of the house is very large and powered by gas, so cooking was fantastic. We're fans of gas stoves. The one thing that I was not impressed with was the actual layout of the home. I may have missed the description but the home is sectioned off.Something like a mother-in-law or college student style living situation. There was no hallway to connect the two areas. So, my family was on one side of the home and my wife and I were on the other side of the home. The only way to see each out was to walk out the front door and walk into the other portion of the home.Overall we enjoyed our stay but for us not have direct access to our family, besides going outside to talk next door to see them was not ideal, again, for us. The weather was in our favor (no rain), so that could have changed our experience.
