Gated community with beautiful landscaping. Great, place for the whole family to relax. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 4 beds (queen size, 2 twins,sleep sofa in the livingroom), very spacious and cozy apartment on the 14th floor. Beach and restaurant right in front of the building where you can enjoy life music, karaoke, drink and food with ocean view. Aqua aerobic Mon- Fri. Walking distance shopping centers with restaurants and grocery stores. There is a lot of parking in front. Keyless check-in.

There is $20 parking fee which need to be paid when you entering at the security gate. The $20 fee will cover one week of stay. Please show your conformation of the reservation to receive your parking pass form the security.
