Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged. Please note that a 3.5% credit card fee applies if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the arrival date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the scheduled check-in day.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.
