After Dune D’Lite…the name truly says it all. We welcome you to make our spacious beachfront and recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath beach home your vacation destination.
Located in the exclusive and gated oceanfront Pinnacle Port resort at Carillon Beach on the west end of Panama City Beach Florida the secluded beach is next to Lake Powell (the largest coastal dune lake in Florida) and Camp Helen State Park.
After Dune D’Lite is situated so you are close to everything and yet feel miles away from it all. Want to spend some time dining and shopping in Rosemary Beach/30A you are a mere 2 miles away. Want to take the family for some fun at Pier Park in PCB and you can be there in 15-20 minutes.
Our condo sits on the top floor (7th) of the sought-after C-2 building and comfortably sleeps six (6) featuring two large bedrooms with a king bed in the master and spectacular views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The guest room includes a queen bed and two bunk beds with a view of the resort and Lake Powell. All bedrooms have fully renovated bathrooms, smart TV’s, ceiling fans and roomy closets with updated furniture. A vacation should not mean you settle for things you would not have in your own home.
The modern kitchen has all updated stainless appliances, granite counter tops and every piece of cookware, utensil or other (seriously- Air Fryer, Griddle, Keurig, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender, etc.) that is needed to dine in if you choose during your vacation. The kitchen, dining area and living room all offer incredible views of the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf. If you are in the mood to simply relax after a day of exploring pull up a blanket and take a seat in the new leather furniture in front of the 65” Samsung TV. Your vacation…your call.
Our balcony sits right atop the dunes and gulf and features 4 new high top poly chairs and table. Feel like dining al fresco and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves…go for it…you are that close.
The resort itself contains several amenities for your enjoyment. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, both indoor and outdoor pools, snack bar, saunas, fitness room, outdoor grills and even a playground. Additional dining and shopping options are a short walk or drive away and within the gates at Downtown Carillon. You can also go enjoy the natural beauty of Camp Helen State Park. A short drive and you can be exploring the beach habitat or renting a kayak for some time on Lake Powell…the choices are endless and yours.
We want YOUR vacation to be just that…YOUR vacation and as such we will also provide you four new beach chairs, four beach towels, an umbrella and a Tommy Bahama cooler. For the kids or the “kid” in all of us there are two boogie boards, two fishing nets and assorted toys to build that elaborate sandcastle. Every detail to make your time here special is our objective and there will be many other small details within the condo for your use to help achieve that goal. We have traveled and stayed many places over the years and want After Dune D’Lite to be the place where all we learned becomes reality for our guests.
