The house is located on a very quiet dead-end street with virtually no traffic. Launch your Kayak from the property or your boat from the public boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house.
The Catskill Mountains are easily accessible with plenty of outdoor activities from skiing, tubing and hiking. The town of Hudson is a 20-minute drive and has numerous shops and restaurants to explore. The town of Saugerties is 1.5 miles and has plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. The town of Kingston is less than 20 minutes away and has numerous fabulous restaurants and shopping as well.
The town of Saugerties host HITS each year, and this property is less than 5 minutes from the HITS grounds. Enjoy watching all the barges and vessels float by the house which has expansive unobstructed views of the beautiful Hudson River.
