Please note, this space is considered non conforming as it has no legal egress window and is in the lower level. It is open to the hallway and is near a walk out sliding door.

The dock is shared and boat lift is not available. Room for a boat tie up on dock and shore. Boat rentals near by - contact host for more information.

****Dock is out of the water for the season as of 9/15/2024**** Boats can still be tied up on shore but no dock access is available until April 2025.

****Firepit will be covered by the boat lift but guests are allowed and welcomed to use the beautiful fire pit on the adjacent property during the fall, winter, and early spring****
