This studio is fully furnished with 2 queen sized beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Guests will have access to a full bathroom with a tub/ shower combo, vanity, and mirror, and a private balcony with direct ocean front views. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests.

****This property is currently having some renovation work completed so the photos in the unit may not be exactly what you are walking in to. Once the renovation work is completed, we will update the listing with new photos! Starting on 9/20 any guest who books will be booking a unit with one queen sized bed instead of two. This unit will only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The kitchenette area includes a mounted microwave, full size fridge, cabinet space, toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. Due to this area not having a sink we do not provide any cooking utensils, silver wear, plates, cups, ECT. Want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or make something in the toaster oven? Not a problem there are many local stores within walking distance to grab some disposable silver wear, cups, and plates! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Ocean Reef offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, arcade, and so much more.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Located at Ocean Reef, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions. Ocean Reef is situated on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-minute drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15-minute drive from Ocean Reef!
