It has a wine fridge with different temperature zones. The custom built pool and hot tub area behind the house is fully screened in. The large hot tub is kept at 104 F and seats 6 to 8. The pool has a safety fence system that is easy to deploy should you have small children.
The farm is minutes from local golf courses and the cryatal clear deep water springs. It is 15 min to UF for events and concerts. It is 45 miles from, and less than an hour's drive down i75, to the World Equeatrian Center. There is walking access to San Felasco Park. This bucholic setting boasts a lot of wildlife including a herd of deer, families of wild turkey, and an array of birds of all sizes. There are large owls and majestic hawks, even hummingbirds and wood peckers. There are many horses in paddocks and a herd of Black Angus cows all of whom love treats across the fence. The home can host large families or groups with a double island kitchen and bar area and large dining room. Enjoy coffee on the wide porch swing while watching the deer graze at sunrise or dusk.
