This spacious and bright home boasts an open floor plan with two nice sized bedrooms, a large and inviting living room with a sofa and loveseat, modern eat in kitchen, sun room with love seat ( perfect for reading), a full bathroom with tub, as well as laundry facilities in the basement.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole house. House has a private yard with a picnic bench, grill, brand new outdoor shower.

Other things to note
This great central location is close to everything that Cape has to offer whether you want to spend the day shopping in Chatham or nearby Hyannis or take a short ride to Truro and Provincetown. If you're feeling adventurous you can grab high-speed ferry from Hyannis and spend a day on the vineyard or Nantucket. After a long day at the beach come home and take a refreshing outdoor shower. Take advantage of everything Harwich has to offer from its beautiful beaches, golf, trampolines, go carts and delightful culinary gems.
