This two-story condo is the perfect place for families and groups of friends who want to be right by the ski slopes. Upon entering the unit, to the immediate left are the stairs to the second story. Continuing straight through, the guests will notice a well stocked kitchen on the left, attached to the dining room and living room that has large windows that have a direct view of the mountain. Every home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. The first bedroom is located to the right through the dining area, and has a king bed in it. The attached bathroom has a sauna and a shower/tub combo. The downstairs patio has a grill. Going upstairs, guests will find a large open loft area featuring a shuffleboard table and wet bar. Continuing through the loft, the upstairs patio has the hot tub on it, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The upstairs loft also has a fold down couch. Through the door upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed. The attached bathroom has a walk in closet and a shower/tub combo. Note: As is typical with homes and condos in this area, the unit does not have air conditioning but only heat.

Guests will be given codes to the garages and to the unit itself. Everything will be accessed via smart lock. This unit is on the top floor of the building, and stairs are required to access the unit.
Other things to note
PARKING: The property comes with seasonal garage access. Please note these garages are a bit shallow and are better suited for standard size vehicles as the garage doors must remain closed at all times other than loading/unloading. Parking in other spots in the complex may be cause for towing or fines. If you need more space, please see the map with the public parking options. Also note that in the winter, depending on snow accumulation or plowing, access to one or both of the garages can be limited.
In order to get to the property in the winter, snow chains are required and 4WD or AWD are highly recommended.
