This beautiful 2BR 1.5BA townhome is directly on the canal and has a pier to fish and crab off of. The family room is perfect for entertaining and is very spacious. The primary bedroom overlooks the water and the pier. Off the kitchen and dining area is a slider that leads to a large deck that has access to the small yard and pier. Come experience amazing sunsets and walk to great restaurants like BLU Crabhouse, Fish Tales, Happy Jacks as well Jolly Rogers & Mini Golf!
