This beautiful townhome is fully stocked and perfect for guests requiring a longer stay in Denver. This property comfortably accommodates two people working from home or a small family.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a reading nook, a spacious walk-in closet with a dresser, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom is set up as an office, equipped with a desk and both wireless and ethernet options to connect. This bedroom has a beautiful leather couch that becomes an extra-long full bed if needed. The bedroom has a closet and a private bathroom with a shower.
The 3rd bedroom has a beautiful upscale sofa that converts to a queen pull-out bed (with a custom mattress pad), making this an extremely comfortable sleeping option. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub, a large closet, and access to the back yard. The room has both wireless and ethernet connectivity options.
BACK YARD:
The private, gated back yard has a bistro set and string lights that give the patio extra ambiance in the evenings. The landscaping has an automatic watering system so you can enjoy the greenery without lifting a finger!
KITCHEN / DINING / DECK:
The kitchen is ready to support guests with basic to gourmet cooking skills. It is well stocked with amenities such as oils and spices, and has more than the basics in utensils, flatware, and cookware. The kitchen bar has seating for four. A coffee machine, coffee grinder, pourover with filters (plus coffee), and tea options, are included. A large collection of cookbooks are provided. All cleaning supplies are provided.
There is a large porch off the kitchen with a bistro table and a ceiling fan. Outdoor plateware and glassware are provided. There is also a powder room on this floor.
Comfortably seat 4-6 at the custom dining room table.
LIVING SPACE:
A 52" tv with streaming access is available.
Two large, comfortable leather sofas include plenty of pillows to invite lounging or napping. This floor also has a large nook with a desk and ethernet or wireless connectivity options.
Beautiful floor-to-ceiling built in shelves provide books, puzzles, and plenty of information about Colorado hiking and options for day trips or weekend get-aways.
ADDITIONAL AMENTIES:
We provide a washing machine and dryer (on the 3rd floor) for your use. Linens, towels, and amenities such as detergent, sunscreen, water bottles, tissues, hair dryers, and more are provided for your use.
With 9' and 10' ceilings and plenty of windows, this home is light, airy, and open. Across the street you'll find an amazing Belgian brewery (Bruz), and the Early Bird Cafe, serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch.
LOCATION:
The home is close to Routes 36, 76, and 25, providing quick access to Denver, Boulder, Golden, the Federal Center, or a weekend mountain away.
ACCESS:
This home has keyless entries on the front and back doors. Garage access for one car is provided for longer stays (door opener provided at check-in). Plenty of street parking is available as well, including just outside the back entrance.
We'll provide the access code the day before your planned arrival.
This home is outfitted with everything you need while you are visiting Denver. But the responsive owners live nearby should you need anything to enhance your stay!

I'm from the Washington DC area, but moved to Denver more than a decade ago. We love hiking, snowshoeing, exploring this beautiful part of the country, and entertaining!
Why they chose this property
Proximity to Denver and easy access to the mountains west, or Boulder and mountains NW. Reasonably close to the airport. Easy direct bus line to downtown.
What makes this property unique
The 10' ceilings with custom floor-to-ceiling built-in shelves on the main living space, 9' ceilings on the 1st and 3rd floors. Large windows, two work stations with ethernet cable or wi-fi. Fully outfitted kitchen, a beautiful custom built dining table. Large primary bedroom with a huge walk-in closet. In-unit laundry. All linens provided. 3.5 bathrooms (each bedroom plus a powder room). Across the street from a fabulous brewery!
