A stones throw from downtown Palm Springs, this 3 bedroom 2 bath Spanish Style home has everything you could ever want for an amazing stay. Original 1940's hacienda style house totally remodeled in 2024 has a dream of a kitchen, marble heated floors and showers, new deluxe comfortable king and queen beds in a killer location. Beautiful distinctive furnishings and art from our travels. A great pool for swimming and a hot tub, lots of outside dining amenities. Grill a salmon or a steak on the grill. Contact me for longer stays off calendar or for info on pets. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We even have a golf cart you can tool around in- ask for details for use. STR-032934.

Creative California native who loves the unique history and stories of the desert. Palm Springs is the perfect mix of a small town with a very sexy movie star spin in that it is a playground for stars. I want to make your stay memorable, but also really respect the desire for privacy when visiting this wonderful abode.
Why they chose this property
This gorgeous safe neighborhood is a lovely mix of tranquility with humming birds flitting around and trees shading the road, yet it's close to the action in Palm Springs and the wonderful shops and nightlife Palm Spring provides. We have a cute golf cart you can tool around in to explore the neighborhood which you can access for an additional fee.
What makes this property unique
This 3 bedroom Spanish bungalow is a warm mix of old world architecture, yet it has been completely updated in 2024 with new kitchen and bathrooms. Saltillo tile through out keeps it warm, the heated marble tiles in the bathroom make it cozy on chilly nights (which are few). Lots of outdoor dining options from under the chandelier hung in the tree in the front to the Morrocan lanterns under the olive tree in the back. The pool is long so perfect for the swimmers among you with a very private backyard. For pets: We charge a one time fee of $100 for 3 days, thereafter it is $40 per day. One pet only. We do have some rules for pets:, which I will share if you desire.
