With 2,550 square feet under air and another 350 on the balcony, you'll have plenty of room for that family holiday! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by 4 full-sized twin roll away beds. All of these provide a thick innerspring mattress and commercial grade wheels for easy mobility to any room desired.

This SE corner unit will delight you with its' fabulous views of the beach with ocean waves rolling in. The large balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built in Electric Chef grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves. Of course we have free Wi-Fi available throughout the unit. Enjoy Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you.

This and more await you at Ocean Vistas, located on the beach 1.5 miles south of the Main Street Pier and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the surf.

The condo is located in a great spot with plenty of places to eat within driving distance. It’s main entrance driveway makes it easy to have deliverers like pizza,… all you need to do is simply walk outside and meet the driver. The condo unit was located close to the assigned parking and we loved the carts provided to bring up groceries or luggage to the unit. The space was super clean, very spacious and the views were amazing (pictures don’t do it justice). We used all the amenities such as the pool, spa, fire pit, etc and they were all very nice. The beach was so easy to get to for our family walks. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice property. The location is excellent, and the unit is roomy. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils / pots and pans and the unit does show some minor wear from use, but not enough to concern one.

My family and I were here for my son's Chiropractor Graduation. This was the perfect place for our family. It was clean, spacious, location was perfect and the view was breathtaking. We were greeted and given a tour of the building and our room. Best place we have ever stayed.

Great Condo at Daytona Beach
This condo (309) is setup perfectly for a family or groups of friends with all the necessary amenities and rooms. The location is perfect if you are planning a trip to Daytona Beach. Would definitely stay there again. Dennis and Carmen are great hosts. Excellent communication.

We were personally greeted and shown around the entire unit. Perfect check-in. Condo has easy parking, access to beach & pool. Condo comfortably fit 3 families with plenty of room. Master bathroom was fantastic. Would love to come again

Originally we’re staying May 2020, due to covid the owners allowed us to change our stay to 2021, the owners were very accommodating. The property is as pictured and is very secure, they meet you there and give you a tour as part of your check in process. Nice outdoor electric grill on the balcony! They provided starter soap, etc. very clean, easy access to the beach, walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants! Ocean view from every bedroom.

Winter Vacation
This was an A-1 property. Large condo - beautifully decorated with a great view of the Beach and the pool and grounds below. Everything was clean - neat - and in excellent shape. The pool and grounds are also first class condition and well maintained. I would certainly go to this rental again in the future as well as recommend it.

This Place is great !
This place was great plenty of roaming & hiding space for kids! The beds slept great !! Your on the beach, it was near the pool, it wasn’t crazy or loud, security guys were friendly! The weather was perfect ! I don’t know what else you would want, it was great !

Incredible views!
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious and nice. Location is convenient to shopping, The boardwalk and restaurants. When we were in the condo we spent our time out on the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Overall great vacation. Would definitely recommend this place. Beds were very comfortable even the roll out bed mattresses were very nice.

Million Dollar View
We had an amazing time in Daytona Beach! The view is spectacular and the beach is amazing!! Our family of 5 adults thought the condo was spacious, very comfortable, and exactly as presented in the listing. We enjoyed dinner at home several times, and found many nice beachfront restaurants within a couple miles. And we were very grateful that our ShihTzu could join us because the condo is pet friendly!
