On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and an arcade game for some fun entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the charming dining area comfortably seats six, making it ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. This floor also has a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities. A highlight of the main floor is the screened-in deck, where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub.

The top floor boasts a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. This private retreat includes a private bathroom and a delightful deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the views.

On the bottom floor, you'll find a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, along with a kitchenette for added convenience. - Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night fee required. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
