This oceanfront home is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, offering its own private walkway to the sand and three levels of ocean-view balconies. It’s been said this stretch of sand is one of the best beaches in the world. The white sand is a soft flat walk into the ocean, where you can enjoy amazing waves.

Spend time at the beach whenever you like. Enjoy all 3 outside decks, and enjoy the wonderful view from the top deck and the incredible views up and down the coastline. Get up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise then walk the beach at sunset when the sky transforms into colors that can’t be described in words. This entire home was recently remodeled with an incredible Master Bath that includes a huge soaking tub where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view. Take advantage of the shower with 2 regular shower heads, a rain shower head, and a shower wand. New flooring throughout the house, fresh paint, and upgraded baths and kitchen.

This light-filled home is polished, elegant, and spectacularly positioned on the ocean shore. Enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse off the lingering sand and eat lunch on the deck in the shade. There is a well-appointed kitchen to assist in preparing appetizers and meals after a day at the beach. Take advantage of all the entertainment and enjoy the WiFi, the pool table, smart TVs, boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs to bring down to the beach.

You'll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet close to so many attractions. Enjoy Anastasia Island with numerous adventures. It's a quick drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with many restaurants (many need reservations so plan ahead),shops,museums, ghost tours, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (450+ years old), the Architecture of Flagler College and walk St. George Street. Downtown has an Art walk on the first Friday of each month. St. Augustine is the oldest city in the country and has many more things to see and do.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one, $250 for two. A fine of $500 will be charged if dogs are not disclosed prior to check-in. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.

From May 1 - October 31, we have sea turtles who nest on our beaches each year. While they're nesting, the beach needs to be kept as dark as possible. Since this house is oceanfront, we need your help to keep our sea turtles safe. Beginning at dusk on the side of the house that faces the beach, we ask that you please:
1) turn off all outside lights
2) pull down all window shades for any windows or glass doors.

Thank you for helping us give our sea turtles the darkness they need.
