Raleigh 2-Bed Townhome Retreat
Welcome to Raleigh! Our cozy townhome is conveniently situated just off Capital Blvd, surrounded by shopping, dining options, and only a 25-minute drive from RDU Airport. Pets are welcome (2 max).
On the main level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room, a convenient half bath, and laundry facilities. Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds.
Guests will receive a code to access the property that is active for the duration of their visit. There is one parking space in the primary parking lot in front of the townhome. There is a visitor parking lot across the street.
Household Essentials:
We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. These items include toilet paper, paper towels, hotel size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. So if you need more you will need to get your own.
Towels and Linens:
We provide towels and linens for you to use during your stay, but we DO NOT provide a linen service. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you are welcome to wash the linens you have as often as needed.
$500 fine for any broken rules:
a) NO smoking IN OR NEAR the home.

c) NO breaking quiet hours 10 pm- 7 am
d) Must clean up after pet, inside and out
