Dolphin Bay Bungalow is a beautiful pool home with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and is located on the intercoastal side and accommodates 9 guests. Cozy cottage with a Florida flare! You'll experience the perfect vacation with everything you need to stay in and relax. The backyard oasis has a beautiful new pool with a sun deck and dock. You can fish off the dock, watch for dolphins, and adventure out with the kayak, you might see manatees, sting rays, and dolphins! Enjoy a late-night dinner outside and then sit by the fire pit and chat about your memories of the day! With Indian Rocks Beach just a 5-minute walk away, you can pack up your beach cart with chairs & umbrellas, soak up the sun, and bury your toes in the sand. This home with a private entrance and pool has been completely updated and furnished with all the comforts of home and has Florida style everywhere.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, and ceiling fan. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Living Room: Large sectional sofa, chair, TV & console table, end tables, and ceiling fan. Perfect for adult entertainment and relaxation.

Second Living Area: TV, minifridge, and microwave, perfect hangout space for the kids to hang out!

Dining Room: Table with seating with 7 chairs

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, TV, 2 nightstands, closet, and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom #1: Tub/shower combination and vanity.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, TV, nightstand, ceiling fan, and attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (Jack-n-Jill bathroom): Toilet, sink, and shower.

Bedroom #3: King-size bed, TV, nightstands, ceiling fans, and attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

Bathroom #3: Toilet, tub, and sink along with a washer & dryer.

Bedroom #4: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, TV, a convertible chair that converts into another twin bed, perfect for kids and teenagers!

Outdoor Oasis: Pool (not heated) with a wading deck, fire pit with chairs, grill, dining table with 8 chairs, sun umbrellas, 2 sun loungers, dock, corn hole game, and drying rack.

Beach Accessories: Beach cart, 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, (2) single-person kayaks, (2) stand-up paddle boards, and 4 beach cruisers.

*The premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside or with any view of the interior of the property. Alarm systems and security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. Strictly no pets, this is a non-pet-friendly property. Please notify management of any service animals. If a pet is brought to the home you will be subjected to a $150 / day pet fee for each day the pet is present, plus an additional $500 cleaning fee.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 4 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
