Cozy 1-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment - suburb of Charlotte
1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s located on the 6th floor. There are 2 elevators in the building and free parking all around the building. The apartment will not fit 4 adults. It works the best for couples or couples with young kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. There is a neighborhood swimming pool and tennis courts.
Conveniently located near CLT airport, Charlotte Uptown, Ballantyne and South Park, just a few minutes away from Carowinds. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a futon couch that turns into a full size bed. The bedroom has a smart tv and the living room has Amazon fire tv. I also have a pack n play for your little one. I can supply with more baby/toddler stuff upon request (such as umbrella stroller, little chair with the tray, life vest and etc).
There is a shower and a double sink. The right sink is turned off for an upcoming renovation.
