The townhouse is in Chandler, but on the Gilbert border.
It's located a 9 minute drive to Downtown Gilbert and 7 minute drive to Downtown Chandler. Both have a great restaurant and bar scene.
A park with a basketball court, volleyball court and jungle gym is just a couple minute walk away. Its very central to all your shopping needs and is a very quiet neighbourhood.
