Welcome to our stylish and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat just a mile from downtown Raleigh. Enjoy the modern comforts of brand new furnishings and a beautifully renovated fenced backyard featuring a shaded dining area, seating area, cozy fire pit, gas grill, and several outdoor activities. Sleep soundly in comfortable beds with plush linens and freshen up with luxurious towels in our two modern bathrooms. Pet Friendly!
This is a 2 story property, with 2 beds (King and Queen) and 1 bath downstairs and a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The upstairs beds are Twin XLs.
Enjoy fast internet access (1 Gig AT&T fiber) with a dedicated workspace and modern amenities including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is convenient driveway parking and street parking. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard minus 1 storage closet
