Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It located in Richmond's charming and historic Malvern gardens! Just blocks from the Scott's addition and next door to Museum district.
This house has 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a spacious shower and kitchen. A great overnight space or comfortable long stay for those wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, and trails! just a few minutes to Publix, Kroger, Whole foods and restaurants.
The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 7 people.
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top queen size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 comfortable queen bed +1 twin bed and a dedicated working desk with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dinning room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet with capability to plug in the modem.
⭐Free parking space on premises behind the house access to alleyway.
Guest Access:
⭐Guests have all access to the house.
⭐free parking on premises behind the backyard via the alley way.

This is a duplex house that including 2 units and this apartment is the downstair unit.
The laundry room is in the basement and shared with other unit guests and our cleaners.
Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:
1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.
2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.
3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.
4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.
