About this property
Bridgeview Bend - Charming 3-bedroom house with spacious yard and seasonal creek
Welcome to our tranquil retreat on a serene 3-acres! Cross a bridge over a seasonal creek to your peaceful getaway. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Or you can fire up the grill and relax on the porch. Take in the picturesque views from rocking chairs and a porch swing, or gather around the fire pit. Let the kids run free on the property, exploring over the footbridges. Wake up to morning coffee and the rooster crowing! This property is sure to delight the entire family.
As you pull into the carport, accessibility is key – with options to enter with one step through the carport door or take a gentle ramp leading to the porch and front door, which boasts a seamless transition without any steps. You will have access to the entire first level which also has no steps.
Once inside discover the living room, where relaxation awaits on a plush 3-seater electric reclining couch, complemented by a cozy lazy boy and chair. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, stocked with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, and spices you could possibly need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
Follow the wide hallway to find the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to the hall bathroom, complete with a shower and tub. Next, the bunk room is perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring two twin over twin bunk beds.
The primary bedroom, boasts a California king-sized sleep number bed and a charming electric fireplace. From the bedroom, step through the sliding glass door to your own private deck, where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the serene backyard.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, equipped with double sinks and a step-in shower. The jacuzzi tub is currently not operational until mid-October 2024.
The basement and lower garage are off-limits and used for storage. Occasionally the owner will access the garage for grounds maintenance items. There is usually someone from grounds keeping on the property daily to take care of the chickens in the coop in the backyard but this should not interfere with the guests in the home.
Guest access
You have access to the entire main level of the home which has no steps. There is even the option of a no step entry from the carport up the small ramp to the porch and in front door. The lower garage and basement is locked and will be off limits to guests.
Other things to note:
This home sits on 3 acres surrounded by trees and fields. Elsa, a gray neighborhood cat, may stop by to greet new guests staying at the house. You also might see or encounter wildlife while staying with us, including, but not limited to: deer, opossum, squirrels, rabbits, skunk, bear, coyotes, birds, snakes, beetles, bees, gnats, spiders, and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. Our property is regularly treated for pests. However, insects and small critters may make their way in despite our efforts. Please keep the doors closed. The longer the door is open, the more chances that bugs/flies will get inside. We do not provide refunds for bug or critter-related issues.
If you’re here during the right time of year you will get a most incredible firefly show.
