Welcome in our Suite-Apartment located on Nice’s famous Promenade des Anglais. In the very heart of Nice “Carré d’Or” on the Promenade des Anglais, with sea and beaches views and pool at roof top.

Close to the old Nice and from the main amenities : shopping, supermarket, restaurants, bus, tramway, main station SNCF, casinos : Palais de la Méditerranée and Ruhl. Ideally situated with the beach and the Mediterranean sea as your front yard, with plenty of Beach Bars and Restaurants just across the road and the tourist office just 1 min away. Nice’s Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 5 minutes stroll away.

The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus passes right by your doorstep. The train station is approx a 15 minutes walk away and Port and Castle Hill will take about 10 minutes on foot.

This lovely apartment is ideal for those who wish to relax and explore Nice and French Riviera on foot. The building has 2 swimming pool at the roof top, with an incredible view on the sea and town.

Our apartment has a sleeping area with a large double bed as well as a lounge with a very comfortable leather sofa bed

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery etc. A set of linen and towels are provided.

This unique and luxurious, newly rebuilt and fully equipped apartment is located in the best spot on the Promenade des Anglais with breath-taking sea view.

All amenities nearby : The building is located in heart of “Carré d’or”at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, betweeen Palais de la Méditerranée and Meridien Hotel, opposite Ruhl beach and about a 5 minutes walk from the famous Old Town, and 2 minutes walk to pedestrian street.

The open plan living area has an new hardwood floor, marble dining place with 4 leather chairs, white leather sofa bed and armchairs, LCD-TV with satellite channels, wireless internet connection.

The designer American style kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.

The lounge area is at the front of the apartment and looks out over the Promenade des Anglais with great sea views.

It has full air-conditioning, automatic shutters, large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone, security safe-box, permanent concierge and a lift (3th floor). A separate sleeping area, with white leather large double bed (160 X 200).

Absolutely Wondrful

Everything about the apartment was exactly as stated/shown on listing. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, and the hosts are extremely accommodating. Summer Holiday Visit

The apartment was very good and as advertised. Excellent views from the apartment and rooftop pool. Ocean side location and rooftop pool were great to beat the summer heat and many, many restaurant choices within a 1 km radius of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Nice.

Loved it, great vacation spot

This is a great spot for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were greeted on the street by the owner and made to feel really welcome. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown Nice. We loved the terrace and its wonderful views. The apartment was exactly as we expected, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider this for a future vacation.

Great view

Great view, easy access to from airport ,bus stop right in front of building. Easy to get around to see major sites. Secure building. Very quiet once you closed double terrace door. Easy check in, Nathalie was nice enough to let us check in early.

Perfect apartment with an incredible view

This is the perfect apartment from which to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Situated right on the sea front, it has an incredible view across the Baie des Anges, and is within a short walk of restaurants and bars, the old town and shops. Nathalie and Gerard were perfect hosts. They were there to greet us and show us round, and when we had a minor problem while staying, they sorted it out without fuss or delay. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and just right for us.

Amazing Place!

This is a fabulous location that is exactly as pictured. You get amazing views and close proximity to everything you could want in Nice. The unit has two sliding glass doors which makes the units very quiet at night. Also, there are metal shutters that roll down in between the two sliding glass doors which does an amazing job of making the unit dark for ideal sleeping conditions. It is a super clean and nice place and high recommend staying here!

Nice Glamour.

From the moment we contacted Nathalie & Gerard about the apartment, they went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information necessary and truly made us feel welcome upon arrival. The apartment is in the PERFECT location, 5 minute walk to old Nice and the outdoor market, beautiful Sea views. The decor is very inviting, extremely clean and has everything you would need for a beautiful stay. We already cannot wait for our next opportunity to visit again!

A Superb Apartment

As advertise, this is a remarkable apartment. Its location is perfect, and the view of the water is second to none.Nathalie, the owner/manager, Could not have been more helpful. The footnote on location is that it is located immediately adjacent to a restaurant/bar that plays pulsating music nightly until 11 pm. While the double glass doors insulate a good deal of the sound, at nonetheless makes it through.

An Unforgettable Experience on the French Riviera

We communicated via email with the property owners very easily prior to our arrival. They were able to send us additional info and provide details about the property in a timely fashion. All emails were usually answered within 24 hours, if not sooner! The property lived up to our expectations...putting it modestly, it was gorgeous! Close to all amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores and beer/wine/liquor stores and across the street from the magnificant "Côte d'Azur." If you chose this location, I'm certain you will enjoy your time in Nice.

Feines Apartment in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein wirkliches Highlight und die Lage sowie der Meerblick sind nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great apartment in brilliant location.

This is a great place to stay, and Nathalie is a brilliantly organised and helpful host. The location is great, with wonderful views across and along the bay, great sun rises and sunsets. One thing you should remember is that it IS a city centre location on a (sometimes very) busy road. We did try sleeping with the big windows open one night, but we sooner learned that the wonderfully effective air conditioning is the better way to go if you like it quiet! Being able to wander into the town at any time is great, and we hired bikes to cycle up to the other end of the promenade past the airport and towards other places. We would very happily stay here again, and definitely recommend that you should too (just not on the dates we want next time we come :-)

Great stay

First of all, during the COVID19 era, i admire the protective measure took by the owners to clean and also disinfect the appartement and furniture. This apartment has a great panoramic view to the sea with a big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beach view. The kitchen is well equipped with all the materials and electronics needed. The presence of beach materials (mattresses and umbrella and towels) is a PLUS. Would certainly book this apartment if a revisit is planned

Location, location, location

My family had a wonderful vacation in Nice. The apartment was just as described in the listing and the check-in process was very smooth. Nathalie was waiting for us to arrive and took a lot of effort to show us all the amenities upon our arrival. With the apartment’s location right on the Promenade getting too and from the restaurants/beach/tourist spots was just a short walk. During our stay we reached out to Nathalie with a request and she was there at the apartment within 30 minutes to address and take care of the request. This shows that she really cares about the well being of her guests and making their stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Nathalie!

Perfect base to explore Nice !

Wonderful apartment and exactly how described. Clean, functional, secure and comfortable. Trouble free booking process and greeting on arrival was extremely welcoming with a tour and a very welcome glass of Rose ! Welcome air con in the hot weather and at night, the two sets of sliding doors on the balcony done the job of drowning out the hustle bustle of The Promenades! Perfect location for exploring Nice with everything you need on your doorstep and the marvellous Old Town less than 10 mins walk away. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay to visit this brilliant place and with the added benefit of the amazing view ! Merci Beaucoup !

Nice Appartement - would return everytime!

This is a very nice appartement near Cours Saleya, Place Massena and Old Town. Great Terrace-View to Promenade Anglais and Mediterranen Sea. Good condition with all Amenities needed, even a Washer! Thank you for hosting us - we can recommend booking this appartement in every effort!!

Nice is our city and we love this wonderful place and all french riviera. We have a bed and breakfast in Nice hills since 2005, and we enjoy to make discover to our guest our wonderful place.
Before we rented an apartment in Paris, we sold it last winter and we decide to offer an other place to our guest, but in front of the sea. When we found this apartment it was horrible! so we decided to refurbishing it from ground to roof!, now we have a modern and luxury apartment on the best place in Promenade des Anglais! We are sure you'll enjoy your stay!
