Why they chose this property

We love the Shenandoah Valley and especially Summit Point Motorsports Park. We have been racing there for over 30 years starting with my father decades ago.

What makes this property unique

This property was the original grain depot for the B&O railroad at Summit Point. The original grain lift and tracks are still part of the property. It is conceivable George Washington would visit the property to pick up supply's for his nearby farm. A marker is on the lot across the street commemorating the Battle of Summit point.
