We had an enjoyable stay! Pleasant condo neighborhood, walking distance to the beach & lovely resturants. Pool was wonderful to have and close drive to downtown. Lynn was very responsive and she truly has a nice little set up!

Lovely condo

Our family was very comfortable in this well-appointed and spacious accommodation. Aside from the plentiful kitchen and bathroom provisions, there were plenty of beach chairs, cart, etc. The host literally thought of everything we might need during our stay. It was also convenient to St. Augustine where we attended wedding events. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Best Ever VRBO

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lynn’s condo! Without question probably the finest VRBO property that we have stayed at. We booked for a month and as an indication of how much we enjoyed our stay we just rebooked for a month next year. Such an awesome location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream stores & the beach. Also, take a short 10 minute drive and your in historic St Augustine which has such a cool vibe with so much to do & see. This place is a grand slammer totally worth the price of admission!!

Another great stay!

This was our second stay here, and we could not ask for a better condo. Everything is just as it says in the listing and we were all happy with it all! Lynn is super easy to work with and always provides needed information quickily. If you are headed to St. Augustine, you can't go wrong staying here. Also, you have to try Crabby's Beachside. It is a 3 minute walk from the door of the condo. The city pier is right across the street and provides some great views.

What an amazing place to stay!

Our visit was wonderful. The condo was far and above than we ever could imagined. All we needed to bring where our clothes, food and drink. The condo had everything you could possibly imagine from shampoo and conditioner to jigsaw puzzles. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for our long weekend getaway in St. Augustine.

Lynn’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We loved the fact that the kitchen had necessary supplies. We also were able to enjoy the pool. It was an easy walk to the fishing pier, beach and restaurants! Would definitely book again if traveling to St. Augustine!

Wonderful condo by the beach!

We had a great time staying for my husband's 40th birthday with our family. The condo was clean, Lynn was very communicative, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and it's right near Saint Augustine Beach (across the street from the pier) and so many things were within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. I will also say the condo complex had a lot of friendly people and was quiet. I really enjoyed that as well. The time on the back deck was a family favorite!

Paradise Found!

It was an absolutely beautiful condo! Pictures do not do it justice! The decor was perfect, and the amenities wonderful and the location was immensely convenient! My boys and I loved it! We will be back again!

Welcome to my condo! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I purchased it in 2011 after one of my very dear friends was transferred here from Atlanta. I come back and forth as often as possible. I have fallen in love with the area, and feel like it is my 'home away from home'. There is so much to do and see, I am having a blast exploring the area. I love the beach here, and bring friends and family down as often as I can.

Why they chose this property

This complex is the newest on St. Augustine Beach, built in 2003. I was drawn to the complex because of its close proximity to the beach, as well as the beautifully maintained grounds. I love that it is across the street from Pier Park with Splash Park. I l also love the Farmer's Market there on Weds. mornings, as well as the free concerts on Weds. nights!
