Romantic Mountain Getaway minutes to Breckenridge and on shuttle route
Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the Rocky Mountains of Summit county. Our cabin is affectionately know as the "Loose Moose" and is in the Heart of Tiger Run Resort. We are located across from the access to the Colorado Trailhead and in a very quiet part of the resort. We completely renovated this cabin ourselves and hope you will feel the love and cool vibes we tried to incorporate. Although our space is intimate we have tried to provide you with all the amenities you might need or want. We especially love the outdoor space with the option to be in the sun or tucked away under a covered patio. We are a short walk to the 12,000 sf clubhouse where you will have full access to the heated pool, 2 hot tubs, game room and commercial laundry facility. Also you will find Pickle ball, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. Tiger Run is very safe for kids that want to ride bikes or skateboards in the Resort. 2 parking spaces STR 22R00365.

Was very clean. Was a little bit more cozier than I thought it would be, but nice. Was in the back part of the resort, so it was quite a walk to get to the bus stop. Only stop is on the main road, and buses only run every 30 minutes during the day and then every hour. Lugging groceries was not fun, did end up using our vehicle more than expected once all the ice and snow melted off the roads. There is extra parking at the clubhouse but it cost 7 a day. But did enjoy our trip. Cabin was very well stocked with essentials. Fonz was very quick with replies and kept us updated on issues. Resort had a water leak and we were without water for a day, but of course that was not his fault.
Perfect location to every thing. We loved being able to bring our pup and having a trail across the street was amazing. The kitchen was a little small and no dishwasher since we cooked all our meals, but it was manageable. We will definitely be booking here again.
The property is very cute and cozy. The pictures are accurate. It is a bit of a tight fit to park if you have a large vehicle but we managed just fine. There is a small loft upstairs for children (I say for children because of the low ceilings but I sat up there comfortably with my kids). They have 2 full size mattresses up there with a reading nook and a tv. My girls loved it. The pull out couch is very comfy. There is also a full bedroom on the other side of the cabin. It comfortably fit all four of us in the cabin.
The community center is a short walk/drive from the cabin, just around the corner. Across from the cabin is a trail you can walk up the mountain with your pet if you bring one. It is also a short drive to Frisco, Dillon and Breckenridge so you are in a good location for anything you need.
The laundry room is inside of the center and you pay by card. It says $2.50 but we were charged $8 to do laundry so just make sure you pay attention to that if you want to do any cleaning. There is a decent size pool (bring your own towels) and an arcade center (pay for an arcade card). It was snowing pretty hard when we went so we did not do any of the outside stuff (basketball and such) that the facility provided.
Fonz, the manager of the property, is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He checked in on us after our 16 hour drive to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed. 10/10 for sure.
Nice place and literally across the street from the Campion Trail head. Very quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Definitely a pet friendly unit so if you have any kind of allergies, Benedryl is your friend.
You'll never want to stay anywhere else in Breckenridge
My partner and I (along with our pup) recently stayed at this property over the Labor day weekend and had a fantastic time. Everything was as advertised and the pictures online give a good representation of what the property looks like. Very cozy and has everything you might need. The owner was quick to respond and the community exceeded my expectations. Within a 10 minute drive of downtown. On our next visit to Breckenridge, we will plan to stay here again. I highly recommend this property.
My son and I (along with our corgi) had a great stay over an August weekend for mtn biking and outdoor fun. This is a great neighborhood and we felt safe and welcome the entire time. The place is cozy and comfortable - and had all we needed for our stay.
Fonz was a wonderful host - proactive and anticipating our needs.
Definitely "perfectamundo" Ayyy!
We stayed in a Chalet for a week. We loved the location close to trees and the mountains. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plenty of paper towels, coffee, etc. We loved the deck. We could sit there and enjoy the fresh mountain air and have our dinner. Our dog could not get off the deck with the gate closed, which made it very relaxing.
This is a wonderful location and beautiful community. We truly appreciated the clean and thoughtfully designed cozy rental. Sitting on the covered patio after a long day of hiking and exploring was a highlight for us, and we loved taking advantage of all the extra amenities the community offers.
Family of four with one college and one high school aged kids. Loved this little cabin and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and both kids enjoyed their space in the loft. We brought our dog too and he did great! We enjoyed the resort amenities- pool, hot tub, game room and workout center. The driving directions were spot on, but didn’t have the access code for the property. Quick call to the owner and we were in!
We enjoyed our stay at the Loose Moose Cabin in Tiger Run. Very well-appointed, convenient location, and great amenities with the community clubhouse. Wish we could Have stayed longer!
Awesome little cabin in a great location! A bike ride or short drive from Breck or Dillon. Lots to do and a really near resort. Check in was a little difficult because the cell service is spotty and the app wasn't working for me. The Host was awesome and quick to respond in order to help us out.
My family member stayed there with two small kids and loved the place!

Why they chose this property
Chose Tiger run because it is a beautiful peaceful little community with accessibility to basically all major ski resorts. Honestly, we fell in love with the Tiger run community with the views, the vibes, the scenery. Loved how there were so many rad but unique in their own way cabins. Also loved how involved the Tiger run community was/is: parades, parties, etc.
What makes this property unique
I think our cabin is different than most in regards to the vibes. We bought it and completely gutted the thing and rebuilt it with our bare hands and put our little touch of rad vibes to it haha
