My husband, Landon, and I have always enjoyed hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and going to Dollywood. (We are huge Dolly Parton fans!) We work and live in Knoxville and consider our city's proximity to Sevier County and all it has to offer one of the many advantages to living in the area.
Why they chose this property
We started dreaming of having a place in the mountains, and that dream came true for us ten years ago. When we found Hightop Haven, we fell in love with this chalet because of its perfect size, beautiful fireplace, and especially the spectacular view. We also love being close to Dollywood. There's nothing like watching the sunset over the mountains from the balcony and hearing the Dollywood train in the evening.
In 2019, we had it completely renovated inside, and now we love it even more. We also love sharing it with our guests and are truly blessed to know that we are providing a special place for people to relax and make lifelong memories.

What makes this property unique
Aside from the amazing view and the space itself, Hightop Haven offers privacy. Although there are other properties nearby, the neighborhood is spread out, and the cabins aren't on top of each other like in so many resort areas.
