Front Deck: overlooks the mountains and the lower firepit area with Adirondak chairs.

Rear Deck: features Adirondak chairs, an outdoor dining table, and the hot tub.

Upper Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed, Bedroom with two Twin beds, bathroom with shower/tub combo, loft with couch, lounging area, and dedicated workspace.

Lower Floor: Bedroom with King Bed and Twin over Twin bunks, en suite bath with shower/tub combo.

Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, board games, covered deck.

Fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, drip a and Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, microwave, toaster, blender, dishware, flatware, glassware, and cooking spices.

Central AC and Heat, free WiFi, keyless entry, in home washer/dryer, laundry detergent, towels/linens, hair dryers, trash bags/paper towels

Approx 20 steps are required for access. The home itself is 3 levels with two sets of internal stairs.

Guests at our home have access to catch and release fishing as well as the picnic areas at the river. Please take the green hats with you if fishing to show you are a guest at the property.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked owner's closets and the garage.

What does this mean for you?

In colder / snowy seasons: you WILL need snow tires or chains, and an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. The weather in the mountains can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow.

In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer, and even bears! Do not leave any food or trash outside the home. Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer.

*** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed and maintained via a STEEP gravel road and gravel parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control. ***
