Our house was designed for relaxation as well as fun! It includes an outdoor kitchen with a grill, pizza oven, and a private outdoor soak tub. On the main level of this 2400-square-foot modern home is the kitchen with a dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and two baths. The full basement has an arcade game for endless PAC Man, a pool table, and a skee ball table. It also has an additional bedroom with its own bathroom.

Great house
Was here for work with my crew. That loved every evening on the patio cooking out and enjoying the peacefulness. In the morning before going to work having coffee and watching the hummingbirds it was very pleasant and was a great way to start your day. Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings close to activities were actually found time to go on a 3 hr lazy River Ride. Would differently stay here again.

We are originally from Arroyo Grande, Ca. We moved to North Carolina in 2001 to raise our first child (she was two at the time). Fast forward twenty-two years - now we have three adult children and a two-year-old grandbaby, We enjoyed living in this home with our teenagers who have since flown the nest. We now live in a tiny house in Marion. We hope other families can enjoy this home as much as we have.

Such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. High-end homes at one end of our road and horse pastures at the other end.
