The kitchen, ideal for family dinners, also has a dining area with seating for 12. The sleeping arrangements are fit for comfort and luxury, with 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, accommodating a maximum of 8 residents.

POOL HEATING: The pool will be heated to 80 degrees and anything over that will incur a $20
per day charge. It is guest responsibility to notify host if the pool water level goes below the
skimmer in the pool. This happens when the pool temperature is warm and water evaporates.
When this happens the pool must be filled with the provided hose & water. If the pool water
remains below the skimmer the Pool Pump will suck air and the Pool Pump Motor can burn out.
When the Pool Pump can not run the Pool Heater can not run. Host controls the Pool Equipment
Remotely so please DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Kindly communicate to host if there are any issues with the Pool immediately so that host can address them.

* Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
* The outdoor lights will be automatically turned off at 10 PM and cannot be turned back
on.
* NO playing or using the playground after 10 p.m
* No daily cleaning services. Please check the online Tourist Portal for additional
services available.
* All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.
* Safety devices installed: Ring Device on the front door. Exterior security cameras both
at the front and back of the house. Patrolling Security. Noise decibel monitoring system
inside
* Valid Drivers license
* No smoking inside or outside the home
* No marijuana
* no parties Allowed

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and
partying.

By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or
other reasons you will be charged A minimum $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the
remainder of your reservation.
