- Resort fee will be waived until October 31, 2024
- Power, water, and sewer are fully restored
- Pool is in the process of repair
- We welcome recovery workers and displaced locals needing temporary housing

The Space
- Private balcony with Gulf Front views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach
- Two bedrooms, two bathrooms
- Master bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed
- Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and essential kitchenware
- In-unit amenities include a washer/dryer, iron, and hairdryer
- TVs in the living room and each bedroom

Guest Access
- Resort Fee: $25 + tax per night, payable at check-in
- Resort Fee includes:
- Two bottled waters upon arrival
- Pool/beach towel service
- Wi-Fi internet
- One free reserved parking space per reservation
- Weekly housekeeping service
- Beach access
- Beach volleyball net
- Board games in the lobby
- Ping pong table
- 15% discount at the Tiki Bar and Café
- On-site bike rentals (additional fees apply)

Other Things to Note:
- The condo’s layout is fixed, but the interior design and view may vary as each unit is privately owned. Rest assured, you will be staying in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo.
