Our Home in San Diego is our Home away from Home! This 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom Home lives large with many outdoor spaces and the most amazing views of Downtown, the Harbor, and Point Loma! On the main level - the Kitchen, 6 person Dining Table, Living Room with Big Screen TV, Ensuite Master Bedroom with King Bed, Ensuite Queen Bedroom and Guest Bathroom. Also on this level is the Upper Deck that has the best views of San Diego with 4 person Dining Table right off the Kitchen. On the Lower Level there is another Living Area with Big Screen TV, King Bedroom and Full Bathroom. Lower Deck has a 6 person Dining Table and Lower Brick Deck has a Lounge Area that we call 'The Grotto'. There is a Backyard Lawn that is perfect for Games and Fido! Property is fully fenced as well, truly not that many properties in Mission Hills that have Yards as well as Views!
Full Disclosure - This is a City House that is close to everything. Our property is right above I-5, the Airport and the Train track. It is noisy. So if you don't like noise when outside/when sleeping, this is probably not the property for you. Personally, we bought the property for the amazing view - the noise just drowns out for us..... Again, just want to make you aware before booking.
