The hall bathroom is equipped with a shower as well! A twin over full bunk in the bonus room is perfect for small children, making this unit a prime choice for small families. Next, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances that is perfectly suited for cooking up delicious snacks and meals. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, adding additional sleeping space as well as a cozy space to sit and enjoy the TV and free Wi-Fi. Other features of Gulf Shores include The Hangout home to the famous Hangout Music Festival where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property on the 2nd floor lobby. If you arrive between the hours of 1am to 8am, you may purchase the passes when they open at 8am. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver s side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
