Where do I start? We paid way too much for a 2 bed lockoff-that was in disrepair. None of this was shared with us until we checked in-no housekeeping services. No bedspreads. Our beds just had sheets-we had to call for blankets. We were not given anything at check-in. I had to ask for a map of the property. The "Welcome" package was not given to us-I received it when I asked for laundry detergent. Susan the property manager was never in touch with us. I complained at the front desk and didn't receive a call from "management" as I was told. The Covid19 procedures were not explained to us at all. We had to schedule our test appointments on our smart phone in the lobby-which had terrible signal. I kept getting kicked off. I was scheduling 5 people and there was no way to go back to see what I had submitted. I was told by the person at the front desk on the night of June 15th that no one else has had problems maneuvering the website except me. When I asked about how people that do not have smart phones get the appointments scheduled-her reply was "Everyone has smart phones or has someone in their party that has one" , which I highly doubt that. I use my cell phone to conduct business every day-her comments to me were very condescending. After spending an hour trying to get this completed and on the verge of tears she finally took my phone and scheduled the appointments for me. There was no offer to use a computer. Their was no appointment on the day that I needed-so I was told to just show up and they would get me in. All of this was very concerning to me since this was very important for me to get my family back to the states. We finally were tested and told we would get the results within 2 hours by email. We did not get the results, I went back to where we were tested (The Coral) and was told she would email me within the hour. Again I didn't receive the results. So I had to take the bus across the property for the 3rd time and tell the person at the test site that I was not leaving until I received the email. I couldn't get on the property free wifi so they finally gave me the password to their wifi so I could check my email to confirm that I received the results. Then I had to go back to Harborside to get the results printed., she was VERY, VERY helpful-Kelly Kadejah was her name. The lack of communication about this very important process was very stressful-plus the condition of the condo was deplorable considering what we paid. NEVER AGAIN.
