20 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. This relaxing townhome sits in the center of the community with friendly neighbors, and walking distance to excitement. We are 20 to 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. A 10-minute drive to The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and an 8 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

PLEASE NOTE: Immediately after your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details. If there are identification concerns, you will be notified, your booking will be cancelled, and you will be fully refunded.

DAMAGE COVERAGE: After booking, you will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or purchasing a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you purchase the damage waiver rather than the deposit as this protects you in case of any accidental damage during your stay.
