Come experience time in the rocking chairs on the back porch just feet from the Folly River. Let saltwater winds blow your troubles away as you watch birds and paddleboarders and sailboats and motorboats pass by. This newly updated condo boasts a comfortable open floor design with a primary bedroom with king bed and full bath and a guest bedroom with queen bed and full guest bath. A queen size sleeper sofa is also available. Amenities include Wifi, dishwasher, wine fridge, AC, heat, bar type booth style seating, dining table for four, porch with rocking chairs and a hammock, dressers, and smart tvs in the living room and bedrooms. This is a well thought out home of a Folly Beach native who truly cares about the guests. 67 Heaven harbors the utmost in tranquility as it is removed from the downtown area yet still close enough to enjoy a 10 to 15 min walk over the picturesque Folly River Bridge to the downtown area and beach.

Why they chose this property

I rented a condo on the Folly River at Mariners Cay a few years ago and and put a contract on a similar unit shortly afterwards. After spending time on the porch for a weekend, I knew where I wanted home to be.

What makes this property unique

It is brand new on the inside and outside. The interior was transformed into an open air design with a long island and bar style seating. 67 Heaven has both the best design and the best porch of any other at Mariners Cay. A short walk or bike ride to the beach and downtown also makes this property special.
