The owners allow tenants to rent their 2005, low mileage, Honda pilot on an availability basis (see photo in the listing) for $35/day + $100 set up fee, plus additional rental fees. Please inquire for the specific details & availability.

The exclusive gated Bonita Bay campus features 2400 acres of nature, including 12 miles of walking and biking paths (drop off and pick up bike rentals available), three parks, picnic areas, pickleball, bocce courts, playgrounds, boardwalks, and fishing pier into Estero Bay and the Imperial River. Free shuttle services operate throughout the day to the area beaches (pending the reopening of the fabulous private beach and concourse scheduled for Jan 2025). The on-site Bonita Bay Marina provides fishing, Sunset, cruises and wildlife viewing cruises, as well as free docking space for visiting guests.

The more intimate Wild Pines subdivision features its own private pool, hot tub, screened in pool house (including a refrigerator, microwave, and tables for eating and/or socializing, and restrooms), outdoor gas cooking grills, tennis courts, with an adjacent seating area, and a cozy swinging bench on the bank of the neighboring Wild Pines Pond for relaxation and wildlife viewing.
