Tucked on a secluded drive in the trees on the shores of Lake Michigan, you will love the private setting of this home. 155' of private bluff offers unparalleled views of Lake Michigan. Relax with a beverage as you take in the colors of the daily evening sunset with the crashing of the waves as your background playlist.
Completely renovated four bedroom, two bathroom home. All new floors, paint, lighting, bathroom, walls, furniture and decor. Kid friendly with toys and kitchen playset. House is located .5 miles from the public beach, which includes large playground.
The home is located directly on Lake Michigan, but there is not currently direct access to the beach (guests are NOT permitted on the beach stairs due to bluff erosion and safety risks). The beach stairs are physically closed to prevent access. The stairs will hopefully be reopened soon.
