Brand new studio with private entrance in a premium location UTC by La Jolla, in the heart of San Diego, just about 5-8 minutes from La Jolla restaurants, shops, gyms, beaches, hospitals, and fun activities in La Jolla. Including all utilities, air conditioner, heat, laundry room, and parking! Area is very safe, clean, and friendly vibes. Non-smoking, no pets, no drugs environment with lots of fresh air!
Our guests' favorite features: full body massage chair, new kitchen, new bathroom, and AC+Heater!
***it is very quiet at night, the glass doors sound proof the space to keep it private and low noise for the best night sleep!
***studio has its own private entrance, lots of privacy for guests!
***red curtains will completely block out sunlight, night lights for a better night sleep!
