The building is a walk-up.
The apt is on the 4th floor.
There is no elevator.
You must climb the stairs.
There is no laundry in the building.
No pets allowed.

Guests will check in via lock box. I will be available via phone/text/Whats App for any immediate needs.

Harlem is a bustling cultural mecca in Manhattan with lots to offer, restaurants, cafes, shops, art, music, and so much more. An enclave full of rich history and modern amenities. There's no shortage of places to go, things to do and see! The area is thriving and great for singles, couples, or families.

2 min walk to the subway and a short ride to Midtown and most tourist attractions. Plenty of taxis, Uber, Lyft, Citi Bike.
Markets, drugstores, cafes, etc. in the area.
