Included in the home on the main level is a full size washer and dryer, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, TVs in every room, and a stocked kitchen for all the home chefs out there. Make your way to the basement for Villa Veda’s Bar and Lounge featuring a mini bar (provide your own), pool table, large TV, and lounge area. Then head outside to the fenced in backyard featuring a fire pit, seating area, and cornhole boards. Home also includes WiFi, guest streaming accounts, cards, books and board games.

Located just over the stateline off I-81, this home is conveniently located to access all of the Tri-Cities (+Johnson City and Kingsport). Just steps away from the newly built Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, only 14 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway, and 2.5 miles to downtown Bristol on State Street, where you can cross the street and be in Tennessee! State Street and adjoining streets feature many restaurants and bars, the historic Paramount Theatre, and numerous shops of all types.

Wonderful stay
This property was cute, comfortable and quiet, and a perfect overnight stay for my elderly family member. Close to downtown and the Roots festival, and also easy access to everything.

Quaint Bungalow
The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Basement Bar/Pool room leading to covered patio was an added bonus. Casino was easily accessible by car the next street over.
