Both bedrooms include ample storage space with dressers and closets. The full bathroom provides added privacy with a separate toilet and bathtub/shower. Guests enjoy shared amenities including laundry, a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private patio, a shared hot tub, and the community pool in the complex. You will also have access to free parking on the premises. Guests can park in any open spot that states it is for Park Station Guests.

There is a large parking lot in front of Building 2, plus additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and along Main Street, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, museums, and other unique entertainment options. The home is only a 2-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance of Park City's Historic Old Town, Main Street, and the Park City Town Lift, which provides direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. Additionally, you are less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts, as well as nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is a great option for exploring the Park City Historic District.

Uber and Lyft are also always available.

Park Station HOA will be performing outdoor renovations over the summer, and the pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed.
