Ask about our month to month rates. This cute house is nestled in a grove of oak trees that keep it cool and quite, 2 bedroom/2 bath home. Features two queen beds and a queen pull out sleeper in the living room. Back deck is set up for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or and evening meal. Front porch has a glider to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer dryer. Just come in and set your bags down and enjoy the quite of the country side.

Quiet location with everything you need

We had a very nice stay. The location was quiet but only about 10 minutes off of I-75. There is a grocery store 15 minutes away if needed. Everything was clean and new looking. There is a great deck off the back with a grill if you desire and table with chairs. Dish Network TV in the living room and a washer and dryer. We do wish there was wifi available since our T-Mobile cell phones didn't work in the area but it didn't kill us to be disconnected for a couple days. We look forward to using the property again in the future.

Quiet & Cute

The house was a cute little 2bd, 2 ba. It's it's about 10 minutes from town which was very convenient. Cell phone service out there is not the best, this is just due to its location. There is cable and internet, however, the cable does not have much of a selection and the internet is quite slow. The garage is NOT usable. Overall, beautiful house and great location. Great views, and worth the stay!

Calm in the time of storm

Our overall experience with this place has been better than we could have ever asked for. My wife and I had no idea what to expect as we made our three day journey across the US with our 2 children, dog and cat. We were reluctantly relocated to the area due to COVID impacts on the economy, and were dealing with not only the emotional stress of the move but the burden of all the logistics the move entailed. We arrived to find a nice, quiet, well kept, cottage that seemed to bring us peace through all the chaos. Given the uncertainty of our situation with the ability to sell our prior home and find a new one, the property manager, Dawn, has been instrumental in our transition. She has worked with us every step of the way, from offering us extra storage to being flexible with our duration of tenancy, and method of payment. She has also been very helpful with providing local information, and her son and daughter in law that live across the street have also been very kind. I would highly recommend this place not only for the beauty of the property, but because of the people who manage it. All I can say is thank you, we will never forget this.

Perfect in every way!

The house the owner and owners family went way adove the norm to welcome me and see that everything was ok with the house, etc. So pleased with the condition of the house the location and the house is furnished with all I needed for my stay! Very nice, quiet place. Perfect for a get away.

We had a really nice visit. Everything was very well kept, clean and quiet. We had a problem with no hot water. It was taken care of immediately. This was really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place.

Serene, wooded hide-a-way

Fortunately everything about this rental was exceptional. It was clean and so well cared for. The house itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. If you are looking for a place that's quiet and off the beaten track, this is it.

Interaction with the owner, was warm and cordial. She is very responsive and tries hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. The porch on the front of the house and the deck on the back are great additions. The area is beautiful and great views and breezes abound.

I grew up on a dairy farm in Ohio in the 60s. I still live on the farm in the rolling hills of south eastern Ohio. Our son located to TN and the opportunity arose to buy this home recently. We hope to eventually retire to TN someday but hope to use this home as a vacation home until that time comes.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for a place in the area and when this property come on the market we thought it would be perfect for our southern get away. The winters in TN are so much more enjoyable than here in Ohio and we are looking forward to taking advantage of that in the near future.

What makes this property unique

This adorable little house has the best front porch. Just the place I would want to sit and enjoy the wild life. I have seen deer and squirrels busy with their doings. I can let my dogs out and feel secure they are safe in our yard. Just a nice place to kick back and relax.
