We were well pleased with house.

This is the first time we have rented a house and were pleased it is clean and cheerful. The house is well equipped right down to the supply of containers for left overs. The neighbor hood was pleasant and felt safe. There is not a pool, but the canal is swimmable most days. We would return to this property again next years but were disappointed when we requested to do so a few days before our contract was up, found out it had already been rented for next year. Property is as described.

Great house in great location!

The listing is accurate and is even better! The house had everything you could want, and a kitchen that begs to be used to cook. The beds and furniture were beyond comfortable. Donna was great to deal with and quick to fix any difficulties. The location on Little Torch was just the remote spot we were looking for, and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the dock. We're hesitant to say how fantastic this place is, since we'd like to keep this find to ourselves!

Very nice house. Great dock. Lots of room for my boat. Easy ocean access.

Had a great time in the keys! This house is in a good location. The house has everything you need. The pool has a water chiller that was a nice feature in the hot days of August!

Best Vacation Spot for our Family

I really cannot say enough good things about staying in this beautiful home. It was even better than we had imagined. We were able to feel completely at home, with all the creature comforts from home - even tupperware! With lids! I've never seen that in a rental home, and we have stayed in many. Everything was clean, the house was well stocked - I found batteries, sun block, and plenty of other things that aren't common for a rental home. We were able to keep our boat docked which was a huge bonus, and we loved playing around in the pool. Not to mention the house is located only about 30 minutes from Key West, so it's quiet. It looks as though the area would be crowded, but with all the foliage, there's more privacy than you'd think. Donna was great and quick to reply, and checking in and out required us only to unlock the door with a key code. We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay here.

A Great Winter Retreat

This property exceeded our expectations! We have already arranged to rent for 2 months next year and plan to continue renting. The property is immaculate and well maintained. You won't have to bring anything except clothes when you stay here. This a very quiet neighborhood. Donna is immediately available to answer questions. After 39 years in the Keys we have found the ideal location and owner.

Absolutely fell "IN LOVE" with this home!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home is very well maintained inside and out. The location is great. Not far from water activities, dining, and attractions to visit. I love manatees and was thrilled to get an up close experience with one right at the dock. Can't wait to return next year!

Beautiful inside and out! Perfect location

Recently re-modeled and looks like a brand new house! Nicely decorated to give you the "Florida feel" the minute you walk in. We love the location; 1/2 way between Marathon and Key West although so much to do in that area and fabulous restaurants nearby you don't even need to travel too far. Our favorite thing is hanging under the tiki bar watching the boats idle in and out; very friendly neighborhood. Also, great canal to paddle board and nice Wetsteps on the dock to make it easy to get in and out of water with the boards and when swimming. Never know who you may swim with! We have some great pictures with the manatees. We already have our next trip booked and highly recommend to friends and family. Owners always easy to get a hold of for questions.

Great Home!!

Very nice home..Clean & spacious with a nice lay out and completely updated. Wonderful swimming canal with plenty of dockage. World class fishing, diving and snorkeling 10 minutes away!! Quiet neighborhood and close to all of the Keys best spots. The owners were great and definitely recommend this home to all. Already planning our return trip.

Lovely "home away from home" in Little Torch Key!

Beautiful house, very clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable to stay in. Everything you could possibly need was included, easy to find and use. Great location, very nice neighborhood, quiet, and what a view! About 30 mins north of Key West and all of its attractions. Only 10 mins from gorgeous Bahai Honda state park and its endless beautiful beaches. And lots of other fun things to do nearby. Tons of great local restaurants for any meal and/or mood. Would highly recommend this wonderful property.
