Yes! The hot tub is available for use year-round and is included in your stay at no additional cost. Please follow the provided instructions for safe use.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide both bath and pool towels for our guests' convenience.

DO YOU HAVE POOL TABLE ACCESSORIES?
Yes! We provide all necessary accessories for the pool table, including cues and chalk. Enjoy a fun game with friends and family!

DISCOUNTS:
We do not offer any discounts. Our rates are competitively priced to ensure you get the best value for your stay.

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair). NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, including confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?
Please inform us if you will be traveling with a pet and provide weight & breed information. When booking, please be sure to add your pet to the reservation. You will be responsible for the $75 pet fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the property for the next guests.
